Your Role

As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between our marketing team and clients. Your primary role is to lead marketing strategy discussions leveraging on the expertise of our specialists to ensure campaign performance focused on lead generation and communicate value-driven results to clients. You will:

• Own client relationships—understand their business goals, target audiences, and growth challenges.
• Coordinate marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, email, and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists SEO, PPC, content, and design and developers to optimize client websites and campaigns.
• Analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, proprietary reporting dashboards.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities for clients and suggest strategy improvements.
• Manage multiple accounts efficiently, setting clear priorities and expectations with clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong strategic thinking—ability to interpret marketing performance data and pivot strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional client communication skills, with experience in managing expectations and educating clients.
• 3+ years in digital marketing agency account management.
• Experience working with SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Ability to lead discussions on digital marketing performance and ROI.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.

What Will You Do?

As a WordPress Front-End Designer/Developer, you’ll work alongside our creative and development teams to build visually stunning and user-friendly websites. You’ll play a key role in translating Figma designs into functional WordPress sites while ensuring seamless performance, accessibility, and responsive layouts.

This position is ideal for a designer/developer who understands both front-end development and UX/UI design principles.

• Ensure website designs adhere to the creative director's design direction while maintaining quality standards, with the support of our technical director.
• Create eye-catching modern & pixel perfect websites that are fast and user friendly.
• Build WordPress sites using provided custom designs and Theme builders such as Gutenberg, GeneratePress, Divi, and Elementor.
• Support WordPress sites and complete change requests.
• Working with Joomla CMS, Joomla experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Implement white hat SEO best practices, including developing with optimal site speed.
• Lead & take ownership of projects assigned and task other frontend and backend web developers as necessary.
• Provide recommendations on the best functionality/plug-ins/solutions.
• Work with internal teams and freelancers to ensure the website includes best practices in SEO, PPC, site speed, W3C compliance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Perform QA pre-launch testing with team members and/or third-party developers to identify and/or address issues.
• Proactively identify and notify regarding scope creep.
• Quality assurance throughout the project, and in the end, you are proud that these websites have your final stamp of approval.
• Launch multiple websites a month on time and within budget.
• Maintain complete and accurate reports for all time and client activity in the Project Management System (Teamwork).
• Manage the hosting environment by setting up dev sites with cPanel and WP Engine, launching sites, changing DNS, and proactively monitoring space usage.
• Proactively communicate with the management team, informing and updating them regularly to ensure client expectations are being met.

Who You Are:

• You have a 3+ year track record of WordPress development within an agency, delivering projects on time and within budget. Preferably, you have experience in Joomla CMS as well i.e. Ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end and WordPress-related issues efficiently
• You are proficient in working with Gutenberg, Generate Press and PageBuilders such as Oxygen, Divi and Elementor.
• Proficient in CSS (SCSS, SASS and LESS) and Bootstrap.
• Experience in PHP, Javascript and jQuery library is highly preferred.
• Experience with micro interactions & animations (GSAP, CSS transitions, Framer Motion).
• Experience with both print and digital design is preferred.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
• You have the skills to break down complex assignments into simpler tasks.
• You follow proven systems and relish using an online project management system to track every detail.
• You recommend efficiencies so that projects run more smoothly, launching faster and more profitably.
